Tripartite, Inc. acted as developer, builder and architect for the restoration and rehabilitation of the 1907 brick, multi-family residence in the historic neighborhood of the Ukrainian Village in Chicago. Work included facade restoration, restoration of interiors to original three bedroom units, restoration of finishes, and modernization of kitchens and bathrooms. The project required approvals by the City's Historic Agency.
