Bell Avenue Addition, Chicago, IL

This addition and renovation of an existing Chicago brick bungalow gave the owners just what they wanted in more space for their growing family. Original ceiling heights in the house attic were less than seven feet high. The project added significant space on the second floor by raising the roof level for a full height story. Now, the owner enjoys three generous bedrooms as well as an open floor plan at the kitchen and great room on the first floor.
