Humbolt Park Natatorium, Chicago, IL

The Humboldt Natatorium is a historic brick structure located at the south end of Humboldt Park in Chicago, IL. Kathleen O'Donnell (prior to forming Tripartite) partnered with Edward Torrez for the exterior restoration of the Chicago Park District building. The work performed in collaboration with Urban Works, LTD of Chicago (prime consultant for the Chicago Park District) included the restoration of masonry and historic concrete, restoration of windows, door replacement, clay tile roof replacement, wood canopy replacement, and restoration of decorative metal work.
