This project included the removal and replacement of the entire 9,400 lf perimeter secure barrier with new high security chain link and steel security fencing and gates to meet Department of Defense Standards for High Security areas.
New horizontal sliding gates and automatic gate operators at the main entrance to the facility were installed. The project included the use of deadman and cable restraint system to withstand vehicular impact at areas determined to be susceptible to such a threat.

A new weight room and a Distance Learning Classroom were added to the facility in the space previously occupied by the old Firing Range. The conversion required the abatement of lead contaminated materials and removal of the large steel backdrop plates from the old Firing Range. Significant mechanical and electrical modifications with new roof top equipment were required to serve the new program spaces.
