North Riverside Armory, North Riverside, IL

North Riverside Armory is a 1886 brick masonry armory building and required extensive rehabilitation in multiple phases. Some of the work included devising investigative methods for finding active roof leaks, conducting roof repairs, exterior masonry and concrete repairs, and upgrading of the interior finishes.

Additional work included replacement of the stainless steel chimney flue, replacement of the roof top unit, fans and associated exterior roof-mounted ductwork along with the partial replacement of the roofing membrane.
