Stone Barn, Belgium, WI

The Mammer Barn located in Belgium, WI, was built in 1872 by Luxembourg immigrants. The structure was falling into disrepair, and its survival threatened, so the Luxembourg Government proposed to salvage the barn, move it to a new location and give it new life as anchor of the new Luxembourg American Cultural Center. Tripartite documented the existing historic barn, devised a numbering system for significant stones and detailed specifications for the barn's dismantling. Tripartite orchestrated and oversaw the numbering, the dismantling and storage of the barn of the stones.
