Tripartite, Inc. is consultant to Walker Parking, the prime consultant for the project under the Exterior Envelope Retainer Agreement with the client.
Work includes the evaluation and assessment of existing brick masonry at this 1970's building on the University of Illinois at Chicago campus. Failure of masonry parapets is evident throughout the building as a result of deferred maintenance and poor initial detailing. Work includes recommendations for remedial repair and restoration work.
