Industrial Laundry facility on the north side of Chicago was looking to modify their existing facility to accommodate their growing and expanding business. First phase was to improve and expand the existing facility, and second phase was to provide design services at an adjunct facility to modify an existing window factory to accommodate additional Laundry functions.
