Joanne Pandis, architect

Ms Pandis has over thirty years of experience in the Architectural field. During her long-term association with Tripartite, inc. she has worked on projects which include planning and design for new construction of large public buildings; rehabilitation, restoration and additions to residential buildings; cost estimating and construction management services for multi-million dollar public education, IDOT and Department of Defense projects; and large, multi-year capital improvement and capital planning projects for the Chicago Public Schools.

Joanne Pandis’ broad range of work, education and travel experiences enable her to quickly evaluate a project’s potential and come up with efficient and creative solutions. Her extensive previous experience with high-end design and construction ensures the highest quality standards for even the smallest projects.

She holds a Professional Architect License in Illinois since 1992.
