David Hillsamer, architect

After growing up in Indiana and graduating with a professional degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, David spent nearly nine years living and working as an architect in San Francisco, CA before relocating to the Midwest to work with Tripartite. David has over ten years of architectural experience primarily focused on civic, healthcare, and public school construction. He has been involved in all facets of project delivery from conceptual design through construction. David has overseen the construction of numerous private and pubic bid construction projects and has also performed multiple facility assessments focusing on accessibility, function, and seismic upgrade requirements.

He holds a Professional Architect License in Illinois and Indiana and is LEED BD+C Accredited NCARB certified. David is also well versed in BIM modeling with experience in project documentation with the use of the BIM Modeling Software Revit.
